We accept returns for accessories such as veils, shoes, and crowns. These items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. This policy allows our customers to shop with confidence while preserving the integrity of our made-to-order dress collections.

Made-to-Order Dresses

All of our dresses are meticulously handmade and made to order, tailored specifically to your preferences. Once your order is placed, it is crafted uniquely for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order dresses.

Please note that all dresses are carefully quality-checked before shipping and sent without damage. Any damages occurring during try-on or alterations are not the responsibility of Wonder Bliss. Each gown is created with care, precision, and attention to detail to meet your specifications.

Sizing and Fitting Issues

To allow for minor adjustments, our tailors leave additional fabric in the seams of all dresses. Finished gowns may vary by approximately one inch from the provided measurements. This allows for professional alterations to achieve the perfect fit.

Color Mismatch

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings on computers or mobile devices. These variations are not considered defects.

Item Is the Size You Ordered but Does Not Fit

If an item is made according to the measurements you provided but does not fit as expected, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend using a local tailoring service at your own expense. Please note that if sizing differences are significant, resizing may not be possible.

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for any products. All dresses are made to order, and we do not keep extra inventory for exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, a new order must be placed.

Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of confirmation receive a 90% refund
• Orders canceled within 24–72 hours receive an 80% refund
• Orders canceled within 72–120 hours receive a 50% refund
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

Additional Assistance

For all approved returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees
• A 50% restocking fee will apply
• Only DHL or FedEx tracking numbers are accepted
• Returns sent via other carriers will be automatically returned to the sender
